Learn Brazilian Portuguese,
one useful pattern at a time.

Understand the grammar, see it in short sentences, and practise recalling it. Start with people, articles and everyday present-tense verbs.

Try the first free block

What should you learn first?

Begin with who is speaking and who is being addressed. Add the forms of a first verb, then noun–article pairs and plurals. Regular present verbs let you reuse the same subjects to talk about studying, working and living somewhere.

This course focuses on Brazilian Portuguese. Common conversational patterns are explained alongside standard written agreement, with regional differences labelled when they matter. Choose explanations in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese.

From a reference to independent recall

Read the explanation, practise a tightly defined question, then revisit the pattern through spaced review. Already know a block? Take its mastery check and move on. You can still add that block to review later.

The A1–C2 grammar path contains 86 authored blocks. Broader reading, conversation and sustained writing remain distinct skills; completing grammar exercises does not establish a full CEFR level.
