Use the right stem and the right ending
The infinitive names the verb; it is not normally the complete verb form for a plain statement with a subject. For trabalhar, keep trabalh- and choose an ending. A singular named person takes the same form as ele or ela; two names joined as a subject normally take the plural.
Lia e Bruno trabalham aqui.
Lia and Bruno work here.
Present does not mean only right now
A present-tense statement can describe a routine, habit or usual situation. A place or time phrase supplies more detail. Learn a verb with its partners too: living somewhere uses morar em, while a language can follow falar directly.
Bruno mora em Manaus.
Bruno lives in Manaus.
Why a subject can sometimes disappear
A distinctive ending such as the one in estudo can make the speaker clear. Other forms, such as estuda, fit several subjects, so context matters. Omitting a pronoun is useful when reference stays clear, not a requirement to make every sentence short. Regional address systems add further patterns beyond this starter reference.
Estudo português aqui.
I study Portuguese here.
